The Green Bay Diocesan Council of Catholic Women sponsors the Golden Rose Award to recognize young women of high school age for outstanding leadership, spirituality, and service.  The 2024 awards will be made at the 100th Anniversary Mass of the Council on November 17, 2024 at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral.
