The GBDCCW invites you to a spiritual day that will reflect on our Blessed Mother Mary.  The 2025 theme for the beautiful day will be "Mary, Mother of Jesus".  The date is Thursday, May 15, 2025, and will take place at The National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion. Marian Day was started in 1985, so we are celebrating 40 years!  Registration forms will be mailed to past attendees, in the Spring 2025 Newsletter, or click on the blue link above.                                                                               Dr. James Joyce, from the St. Gianna Clinic will be our morning speaker.  He is dedicated to the principle of "inspiring physicians to imitate Jesus Christ."   Our second guest speaker is Genny Jones from Alexandrina Pregnancy Resource Center.  She will be speaking to us in the afternoon.  As a response to the legalization of abortion and the resulting holocaust, a group of Catholic lay women who were already spiritually engaged in the battle for life banded together to form an organization that would serve women in crisis pregnancies.  The Alexandrina Center, a 100 percent volunteer apostolate and fully charitable organization, was born.  The Alexandrina Center works closely with St. Gianna Clinic.
